On Sunday the 30th of May at the church of the Dormition of the Mother of God at our diocese of Kisumu and Western Kenya we baptized the first catechumens in our newly built baptismal font. The new members of our church were four young children, two massai and an adult. Dimitrios, Moses, Isaiah, Fotini, Irene Chrysovalantou, Despina and Trifon.
We wish the newly baptized members of our church that our lord guide and look over them and bless their journey in life that they may become good Christians doing the will of God. May the Light of our lords resurrection enlighten their path in all good works.
We thank our donors known and anonymous for their help and support to bring our faithful closer to God and His eternal kingdom.
